The Miami HEAT and Kaseya Center are seeking Ticket Sales Representatives to join our dynamic sales team and assist in driving sellouts of Kaseya Center! Ticket Sales Representatives will be responsible for generating revenue through the sale of season tickets, partial plan tickets, and group tickets. Ticket Sales Representatives will be responsible for prospecting new sales opportunities and building lasting relationships throughout the South Florida community. Interested in working in Sports and perfecting your personal sales process? Then this is the opportunity for you! Candidates will build loyalty and develop strong relationships with new and current clients. Representatives will work assigned Miami HEAT Home games and experience working in a live sports environment. Representatives will utilize telemarketing to generate new prospects for outside meetings management. Individuals will utilize LinkedIn to generate new leads and prospects. Work with the Senior Manager, Key Accounts, Training & Business Development, to establish monthly and annual goals for personal and professional development.

- Utilize telemarketing, video conferencing, and in-person meetings to sell to customers.
- Ticket Sales Representatives will be subject to sales goals related to revenue and total tickets sold.
- Accurately record activity in the CRM database to log customer communication.
- Will need to work extended and/or irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
