SUMMARY


Supports hiring efforts and recruiting initiatives by coordinating recruitment activities and providing administrative support throughout the hiring process. Utilizes the applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidate data and facilitates communication between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruitment team.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Administers job requisitions from posting through offer stage using the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Maintains accurate candidate and requisition data in the ATS, including tracking candidate sources and recruiting effectiveness.

Provides status updates on open positions by communicating with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.

Prepares and sends offer letters and new hire documentation; responds to candidate inquiries or routes to the appropriate team member.

Handles confidential information, including compensation data and candidate records, with a high level of integrity and discretion.

Documents recruitment processes and maintains standard operating procedures for the recruitment team.

Coordinates and distributes pre-employment assessments as requested.

Supports the recruitment team with candidate sourcing during peak hiring periods.

Performs all duties in accordance with all company policies and procedures, and all federal, state and local laws, wherein the Company operates.

Performs other duties as assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE


Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

One (1) or more years of related work experience within a large organization


SKILLS


Knowledge of principles and practices of HR admiration and Recruitment

Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Good problem solving and time management skills

Good planning, organizational and prioritization skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office products
