Systems Administrator

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to manage and support Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, Windows Servers, Linux Servers, and AWS environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cloud infrastructure, automating administration tasks, troubleshooting server issues, and ensuring secure and reliable IT operations.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage and administer:
  • Microsoft Azure
  • Azure Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • Active Directory
  • AWS Cloud Services
• Maintain and optimize Windows and Linux servers.
• Configure and manage Azure security and user access.
• Troubleshoot server, network, and cloud infrastructure issues.
• Develop PowerShell scripts for automation and administration.
• Perform system upgrades, deployments, and configuration changes.
• Monitor server and cloud resource performance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and standards.
• Work closely with IT operations, application owners, and end users.
• Recommend infrastructure improvements and best practices.

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of Windows Server Administration experience.
• 3+ years supporting Windows Server 2016 or newer.
• 3+ years of Microsoft Azure experience.
• 2+ years of AWS experience.
• 5+ years administering:
  • Active Directory
  • DNS
  • Group Policy
  • Large environments (1,000+ users)
• 3+ years of Linux administration experience.
• Experience developing and executing PowerShell scripts.
• Experience supporting applications in virtual and cloud environments.
