Conlan Tire - Office Manager - Pompano Beach, FL.
Conlan Tire is a privately owned commercial tire retreading operation that specializes in tire maintenance practices, casing management, new and re-manufactured tire sales, and all tire repair services. We are currently looking for an Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store in Pompano Beach, FL.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $52,000 - $65,000 annually

Experience:
- At least 2 years' experience in an office environment
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and other administrative software
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent required; College Degree preferred
Duties:
- Monday-Friday, 7:30am - 5:30pm, 1 Saturday/month for inventory. Saturday inventory days are paid, and are usually only a few hours.
- Interacting with customers, answering phones, payroll, time and attendance, HR support at the plant (assist applicants and new hires)
- Scheduling appointments for vendors
- Providing general support to visitors
- Providing general administrative support such as typing, filing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment needed for day-to-day operations
- Review and audit invoices, work orders and financial statements for the store
