JOB OVERVIEW:
The Senior Marketing Analyst plays a key role in bringing the Olive Garden brand to life through our menu offerings and in-restaurant experience. This individual partners closely with Brand Management and cross-functional teams to develop and launch new menu offerings, enhance existing promotions, and elevate how guests experience Olive Garden in our restaurants. From shaping craveable dishes to refining menus, ambiance and digital merchandising, this role uses data, insights and collaboration to deepen guest loyalty and drive incremental visits, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the authenticity and generosity of the Olive Garden brand.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
-Lead execution of menu updates and new product launches in partnership with cross-functional teams (including Culinary, Operations, Consumer Insights, Finance and Creative)
-Analyze guest data, competitive trends and performance metrics to inform menu, pricing, and promotional decisions
-Contribute to strategic recommendations that bring the Olive Garden experience to life through in-restaurant touchpoints (menus, merchandising, music, ambiance, plateware) and enhance the dine-in experience
-Build and manage project timelines to ensure on-time, high-quality execution of initiatives
-Monitor guest satisfaction and menu performance to identify opportunities for innovation and renovation
-Partner with Consumer Insights to plan and execute product and experience testing, analyze results and recommend next steps
-Partner with Operations and Training teams to ensure new initiatives are executable and clearly communicated in-restaurant
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:
-2-3 years of progressive experience in marketing, brand marketing, digital marketing, or a related field required
-Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
-Project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on time
-Strong knowledge and comfort with the use of computers, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required.

-Knowledge of current consumer and industry trends, dining behaviors and competitive landscape
