Summary
The Senior IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing technology projects that support enterprise operations, particularly ERP and Human Capital Management (HCM) cloud transformation initiatives. Under the direction of the Senior Manager, PMO, this role oversees project timelines, resource planning, budgets, and communication among stakeholders. The Senior IT Project Manager ensures that project objectives are met, risks are managed, and outcomes align with organizational strategic goals.

- Developscomprehensive project plans and schedules, aligning tasks, resources, andrequirements to achieve project objectives.
- Leadsthe formulation of project goals and system development requirements thatsupport strategic initiatives.
- Provideshands-on participation and technical leadership throughout projectdevelopment as required.
- Offersadvanced technical guidance and mentorship to project team members tosupport successful delivery.
- Monitorsthe work of project staff, ensuring all deliverables and documentationmeet departmental standards and best practices.
- Prepares,reviews, and validates system specifications to guide development,integration, and implementation activities.
- Developsand oversees test plans, implementation strategies, and validationprocesses to ensure successful system deployment.
- Facilitatesproject workflow using methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and SCRUMto enhance team efficiency.
- Conductsroutine project status meetings, communicates progress, and manageschanges to scope, timeline, and resources.
- Maintainsregular and reliable attendance as an essential function of the role.

Qualifications (Education, Experience, Licenses & Certifications)
- Bachelor'sdegree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration,Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimumfour (4) years of experience leading IT initiatives or managing technologyprojects.
- ProjectManagement Professional (PMP) certification required.
- Equivalentcombinations of education, experience, and training will be considered.
- ValidFlorida Driver License required.

Preferred Qualifications
