Summary:
Responsible for the receiving, inspection, and processing of AllClear Aerospace & Defense purchase, repair, and sales orders. Ensure orders are inspected in accordance with company SOP Procedures and Industry Standards. Ensure products comply with customer quality requirements and our internal requirements in accordance with our Purchase Order Terms and Conditions. Generate Certificates of Conformance as required. Verify aircraft parts are free from any visible defects and are accompanied by corresponding trace documentation. Maintain accurate picture and documentation retention using an optical imaging system.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
• Follow and maintain Company Standards of Quality in accordance with Company Quality System requirements.
• Receive and inspect all incoming orders, visually inspect parts and documentation against company purchase, repair, and sales order requirements. Inspect all outgoing orders, visually inspect parts documentation against customer purchase order requirements.
• Assure the acceptable quality of materials and workmanship of incoming and outgoing aircraft and aircraft related parts.
• Ensure all parts received match expected system PO & RO requirements. Correctly enter all information into our computer system.
• Inspect material for correct part number, serial number, nomenclature, condition, revision, cage code, quantity, airworthiness documentation, and source documents.
• Resolve traceability issues for other departments, as requested.
• Ensure all receiving forms are filled out completely and legibly.
• Image all receiving related documentation associated with the inspected material.
• Capture pictures of all inbound and outbound orders.
• Optically Image all outbound related documentation associated with the inspected material.
• Thoroughly review all incoming orders to determine the priority level.
• Properly preserve and package parts to protect against corrosion and damage.
• Apply appropriate bar-code labels to packaged parts and ensure all required documentation accompanies parts.
• Systematically transfer parts to the appropriate stock cart/pallet location.
• Review all repair orders and ensure material is repaired in accordance with applicable AD's and SB's, as required.
• Complete necessary documentation for exporting Class II parts, if required.
• Document all non-conformances of inbound or outbound orders, segregate non- conforming products.
• Maintain current knowledge of FAR's and industry requirements.
• Promotes safety awareness and safe operating procedures.
• Special projects as assigned by the Vice President of Operations or Designee.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Minimum 3 years Aviation Quality, Inventory, or related Operations experience; an associate degree in a related discipline is preferred, but not required. Must have excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
Proficient knowledge with the use of computers and general knowledge of the following applications is required:
• Microsoft Excel; and
• Microsoft Word; and
• Microsoft Outlook; and
• Internet Applications.
