Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute bills, mail, and office correspondence.
• Ensure compliance with company policy and agreements
• Utilize case management software to log and manage work orders
• Support the Operations Manager with various office tasks.
• Source and Coordinate field technicians to meets service demands
