What You'll Do:
- Keep the office running like a well-oiled machine-answering phones, scheduling jobs, managing calendars, and supporting the team.
- Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with a warm, professional presence (you set the tone!).
- Handle data entry, file management, and documentation with superhero-level accuracy.
- Assist with billing, invoices, timecards, and other administrative tasks.
- Support field technicians and leadership with logistics, communication, and coordination.
- Be the glue that holds the team together-anticipating needs, solving problems, and creating calm in the chaos.
What You Bring:
- 2+ years in an administrative or office support role (bonus points if it's in construction, service, or fire protection).
- Excellent communication skills-phone, email, and face-to-face.
