Responsibilities
• Provide compassionate and effective therapy to individuals, couples, and families, fostering positive change and personal growth.
• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, creating a safe and supportive environment for open communication and healing.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Stay informed on the latest therapy techniques and industry trends to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.
• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to share insights and improve therapeutic approaches.
Qualifications
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
• A licensed LMFT with 2+ years of outpatient mental health experience.
• Strong foundation in training in systemic thinking.
• Preferably trained in Gottman or willing to complete Gottman Level 1 & 2 within the first 2 months of hire.
• Comfortable working with couples, families, and relational concerns.
• Self-motivated, open to feedback, and committed to ongoing learning.
PREFERRED (NOT REQUIRED) SKILLS:
• EMDR or trauma-focused training.
• Experience with child counseling.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English).
