POSITION SUMMARY: Oversee and lead the strategic administration, compliance, and operational support of Human Resources benefits and retirement programs for the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (Aviation Authority), ensuring effective service delivery, regulatory alignment, and continuous program improvement. Manage various benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and leave programs, while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and policies. Assist the Human Resources Department with a broad range of program activities as required.
