About the Opportunity:
\nSayva Solutions is partnering with a high-growth professional services firm to hire an Accounting Manager for their advisory accounting team. This role will own complex client engagements end-to-end, lead month-end close and reconciliations (including crypto activity), support process and systems improvements, and mentor junior team members. The environment is fast-paced, highly consultative, and technology-forward.

\nWork arrangement: Remote (United States)
\n
\nSalary Range: $120,000 - $170,000 base salary
\n Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
\n
\nResponsibilities:
\n• Lead and review month-end close activities to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for multiple client engagements
\n• Oversee full-cycle accounting including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
\n• Manage complex reconciliations, including bank/credit card activity and crypto subledger tie-outs (as applicable)
\n• Own and drive multi-year cleanup projects (historical accounting catch-up, reconciliations, and documentation)
\n• Partner with stakeholders to deliver financial insights, reporting, and advisory support (outsourced accounting/CFO advisory)
\n• Support tax-related accounting workstreams (e.g., reconciliation support, coordination with tax teams, audit support)
\n• Contribute to system implementations and process improvements; help optimize workflows and controls
\n• Mentor, train, and quality-check work produced by Seniors/Staff; provide coaching and review feedback
\n• Manage client relationships, priorities, and deliverables across a portfolio of engagements
\n
\nQualifications:
\n• Bachelor`s degree in Accounting (or related field such as Finance/Business/Economics)
\n• Manager-level experience in accounting, advisory, or outsourced accounting (public accounting and/or client-service background strongly preferred)
\n• Strong full-cycle accounting experience (month-end close, reconciliations, financial statements)
\n• 2+ years of Crypto/digital asset accounting exposure required
\n• Experience supporting or leading accounting system implementations and process improvements
\n• Proficiency with QuickBooks and comfort working across multiple accounting systems
\n• Ability to manage multiple clients/engagements concurrently, communicate clearly, and operate with a high degree of ownership in a remote setting
