What You'll Do
As a Jr. Fulfillment Coordinator, you'll be the go-to expert for assigned categories and vendor requirements, ensuring smooth purchasing and fulfillment processes. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing purchase orders and vendor relations to meet company needs
- Overseeing order processing, return orders, and discrepancy claims
- Communicating with vendors and logistics teams on delivery timelines and conditions
- Solving vendor and category discrepancies while keeping stakeholders informed
- Monitoring KPIs and identifying process improvements for efficiency
- Ensuring accurate financial documentation and pricing updates
- Supporting team members and training new employees
What You Bring to the Team
- Education: High school diploma/GED required
- Experience: 1+ years preferred in purchasing, fulfillment, or a related field
- Skills: Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, excellent communication, and ERP system experience (MS Dynamics AX is a plus!)
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 10 lbs., sit for extended periods, and use a computer efficiently
