Java Developer

Role Overview:

This role is for a skilled Java Developer with extensive experience in Spring Boot, focusing on developing robust applications. The position requires advanced Java development capabilities, hands-on database experience with Oracle PLSQL, and proficiency in modern JavaScript UI frameworks. The ideal candidate will contribute to the full development lifecycle, including unit testing, CI/CD processes, and cloud deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain applications leveraging all aspects of Spring Boot, including Rest Services, DataJPA, Spring Security, and Spring Cloud.
• Apply advanced Java development skills to design, implement, and test software solutions.
• Perform hands-on development with Oracle PLSQL for database interactions and procedures.
• Build user interfaces using leading JavaScript UI frameworks such as ReactJS or Angular.
• Ensure code quality through comprehensive unit testing using frameworks like Junit.
• Contribute to Java CI/CD processes, with a preference for experience with Jenkins.
• Utilize containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes for application deployment.
• Participate in cloud-based deployments, with desirable exposure to platforms like AWS and Azure.

Required Skills:

• Strong development experience in Spring Boot (Rest Services, DataJPA, Spring Security, Spring Cloud).
• Advanced Java development skills.
• Hands-on development knowledge in Oracle PLSQL.
• Hands-on development knowledge in any leading JavaScript UI framework (e.g., ReactJS, Angular).
• Comfortable with Java Unit Testing Frameworks (Junit, *Unit, *Mock, Cactus, etc.).
• Well acquainted with Java CI/CD processes, preferably Jenkins.
• Exposure to containerization on Docker and Kubernetes.
• Exposure to cloud-based deployment (e.g., AWS, Azure) is desirable.

Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of experience.
