Your Schedule:
- Full Time (40hrs/Wk) - We do not short your hours!!!
- Mon-Fri from 8am-5pm
- Occasional after hours support for urgent outages

Your Contribution to HEDSouth:
- Own The Network: Design, Deploy, Support
- Documentation: Track all systems, accounts, licenses, and configurations
- Support: First and last line of support for internal and client related outages
- Microsoft 365 Administration: Entra ID, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and Teams
- Security & Backup: Protect company and client data, maintain backups and recovery plans
Your Ideal Background/Experience:
- 5+ yrs of experience in IT, systems administration, or network administration
- Hands-on Microsoft 365 administration experience
- Strong networking and endpoint management skills across Windows and macOS
- Able to explain technical issues in plain language to non-technical staff and clients
- Luxury or high net worth client experience (a plus!)
