Compensation & Benefits
- $350,000 Guaranteed Base Salary for Year One
- 40% of Collections After $800,000 During Year One
- Year Two: 40% of Net Collections

Requirements
- MD or DO
- Fellowship Training in Pain Management, Interventional Spine, or Related Specialty Preferred
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology, PM&R, Neurology, Pain Medicine, or Related Specialty
- Active Florida Medical License (or ability to obtain)
- Active DEA Registration
- BLS and ACLS Certification
- Leadership Experience Preferred
- Experience with Interventional Pain Procedures
Responsibilities
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Outpatient Practice
- Approximately 20 Patients Per Day
- Evaluate, Diagnose, and Treat Acute and Chronic Pain Conditions
- Develop Individualized Treatment Plans
- Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Care Teams
- Maintain Accurate EMR Documentation (eClinicalWorks)

- Cervical, Thoracic, and Lumbar Epidural Steroid Injections
- Facet Joint Injections
- Medial Branch Blocks
- Sacroiliac Joint Injections
- Radiofrequency Ablations
- Spinal Cord Stimulator Trials and Implants
- Dorsal Root Ganglion Stimulation
- Intrathecal Pain Pump Trials and Implants
- Minimally Invasive Lumbar Decompression (MILD)
- Sacroiliac Joint Fusion
- Basivertebral Nerve Ablation
