The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, security, and availability of SAP landscapes while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business-critical SAP applications. Consultant has to work at onsite Marlborough, Massachusetts, USAKey Responsibilities• Administer, monitor, and maintain SAP landscapes including Development, Quality Assurance, Production, and Disaster Recovery (DR) environments.• Perform SAP installations, upgrades, kernel upgrades and Support Package Stack (SPS) updates.• Execute SAP system copies, client copies, system refreshes.• Install, configure, and maintain SAP S/4HANA, ECC, BW, Solution Manager, PI/PO, Fiori, SAP BOBJ, SAP BODS, SAP CAR, GRC, Portal, ADS, and Gateway systems.• Should have experience in SAP Transport management system and working experience in transport express (Basis Technology)• Monitor system health, performance, availability and proactive resolve issues.• Perform SAP performance tuning, workload analysis, system optimization, and capacity planning.• Monitor SAP systems using SAP Solution Manager, EarlyWatch Reports, and monitoring tools.• Support SAP Fiori, SAP Web Dispatcher, SAP router and SAP Cloud Connector• Troubleshoot complex SAP Basis issues involving application servers, databases, operating systems, and network infrastructure.• Perform SAP kernel patching, SSL certificate installation, SAP Router configuration, SNC, and Single Sign-On (SSO) implementation.• Support High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR), backup, and recovery solutions.• Should have experience in SAP Archiving.• Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, and conversion projects.• Work closely with infrastructure, security, network, database, and functional teams.• Coordinate planned maintenance activities and minimize production downtime• Work closely with audit, compliance, and cybersecurity teams to ensure system security and adherence to industry standards• Should have SAP Cloud Connector Installation/administration experience• Should have experience SAP Cloud ALM Operations for setting up alerts and monitoring of alerts.• Should have knowledge in SAP BTP administration, Integration suite, DevOps and CI/CD exposure.• Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, architecture documents, and knowledge transfer materials.• Follow ITIL processes for Incident, Change, Problem, and Release Management.• Provide 24x7 production support and participate in on-call rotations.Skills: Digital : SAP BASIS - HANAExperience Required: 8-10
