Business Overview

Integrated Musculoskeletal Care (IMC) provides standardized and quality-assured musculoskeletal care to large employers and health plans. Members of these organizations access IMC through mobile apps, health coaching, telehealth, and in-person clinical care. To enhance the member experience, IMC created a care coordination center and JointStrong Health Coaches.

IMC JointStrong Health Coaches provide members with education about the benefits of conservative care, knowledge around IMC's offerings, and navigation of health policy benefits related to IMC. The team participates in IMC's health coaching program, which provides members with guidance through IMC's mobile self-care assessment and assistance with questions related to the care process.

IMC Medical Billing Assistants provide support to the Billing Department to optimize IMC's billing and collections process at our local Tallahassee office (Center for Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapy).
