Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage commercial roofing crews on active job sites
- Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget
- Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractor scheduling
- Conduct daily job site inspections to ensure safety and quality
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, inspectors, and crews
- Maintain accurate daily reports, schedules, and project documentation
- Review and approve timesheets and labor tracking
- Train, mentor, and evaluate field crew members
- Resolve job site issues quickly while maintaining productivity and professionalism
- Uphold high standards of workmanship, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- 3-7+ years of experience in commercial roofing or construction supervision
- Proven experience managing service and repair projects
- Strong understanding of roofing systems and field operations
- Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities simultaneously
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with job documentation, reporting, and scheduling systems
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) - required
