Under the direction of the Director, develop, implement, and administer job placement for students. Lead the job placement functions, including both direct case management and program management, with the aim of expanding and improving job placement outcomes for program completers. Serve as the liaison to the college and the community.
Under the direction of the Director, develop relationships with company's interested in creating or expanding registered apprenticeship programs. Provide account management services and provide technical assistance to ensure the growth and sustainability of programs. Experience in registered apprenticeship programming and development is preferred. The candidate will also serve as a subject matter expert for various workforce development activities within Lively. This position will complete technical writing activities for the development of new training outlines for the expansion of in-house and external apprentice programs that require registration with the Florida Department of Education and the Department of Labor. The candidate will perform external outreach to various companies and partners and will build a strong network of industry experts, vendors, and workforce development partners to maximize collaboration and connections throughout the region.
