Student Behavior Support
Provide direct behavioral support to students exhibiting social, emotional, or behavioral challenges.
Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) with fidelity and collect data on student progress.
Utilize proactive behavior management strategies to prevent disruptive behaviors.
Assist students in developing self-regulation, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and coping skills.
Conduct behavior check-ins and check-outs with identified students.
Support students during transitions, specials, recess, and other less-structured environments.
Respond to behavioral crises using district-approved de-escalation techniques.
Document behavioral incidents and interventions accurately and in a timely manner.
Collaborate with classroom teachers to develop intervention strategies for individual students.
Assist with classroom observations and provide recommendations for improving learning environments.
Support the implementation of schoolwide PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports) expectations.
Help maintain safe, orderly, and productive classroom environments.

Monitor hallways, common areas, playgrounds, and campus during assigned supervision times.
Reinforce schoolwide expectations in all common areas.
