• Dispatch vendors or internal crews promptly, coordinating effectively to meet client needs and maintain operational flow.
• Track work orders meticulously, ensuring each step is documented and communicated clearly to all stakeholders.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of each request, from the initial call to final client follow-up, ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Serve as a critical quality control checkpoint, identifying and resolving issues proactively to uphold service standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Utilize strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve client concerns swiftly, enhancing overall client experience.
Qualifications
• Experience in a call center or customer service environment, ensuring professional and courteous communication.
• Ability to accurately log and document service requests, capturing all necessary details for efficient processing.
• Proven track record of dispatching vendors or internal teams effectively, based on issue nature and availability.
• Strong organizational skills to monitor and track work orders from initiation to completion, ensuring timely updates.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams, providing clear updates and managing expectations.
• Capability to act as a quality control checkpoint, verifying service standards before closing requests.
• Experience in following up with clients post-service to confirm satisfaction and address any concerns promptly and professionally.
