Key Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of inbound admissions inquiries through phone, email, and other channels.
- Use Salesforce as a primary tool for lead tracking, documentation, and workflow management - proficiency with Salesforce is a strong advantage.
- Navigate Call Tracking Metrics and Outlook efficiently for communication and follow-up.
- Provide compassionate, professional customer service to prospective clients and their families.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail while multi-tasking across systems and client cases.
- Coordinate internally with clinical, outreach, and admissions teams to ensure continuity of care and a smooth admissions process.
- Uphold client confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA and privacy regulations.

- High School Diploma preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.
- Previous experience in admissions, healthcare, or customer service preferred.
- Strong computer literacy is essential, including experience with Salesforce, Call Tracking Metrics, and Outlook.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment while maintaining accuracy and empathy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Must have open availability, including evenings and weekends as needed.
