- Certified Base Salary: $51,402.00
- ESOL Endorsement Stipend: +$500.00
- Master's Degree Stipend: +$2,500.00
- Broward County Referendum Supplement: $500.00 - $12,000.00 annually

In this role, you will deliver high-quality, standards-aligned instruction to English Language Learners (ELLs), driving language acquisition, literacy development, and academic achievement in a supportive classroom culture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and deliver differentiated, rigorous instruction for ELL students.
- Analyze ACCESS for ELLs and FAST benchmark data to track progress and adjust instruction.
- Adapt lessons to meet diverse learning styles and language acquisition levels.
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment based on trust and respect.
- Collaborate with teachers, ESL liaisons, and parents to support student growth.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree or higher (Master's preferred).
- Valid Florida Educator Certificate.
- Valid Florida ESOL Endorsement (Required).
- Bilingual skills preferred.
